Leif Garrett — the ’70s answer to Justin Bieber — was collared on drug charges after an arrest in Los Angeles early Monday. <\/p>\n
The former actor\/singer, now 48, was busted by cops at a train station and taken into custody on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was released from jail on Wednesday morning and is due to answer the charge in court on Feb. 24.<\/p>\n
The arrest is the latest in a hard fall from grace for the the ex-Idol, who shot to fame at the age of 15 with his hit single “I Was Made For Dancin.” ‘Garrett served 90 days behind bars when he was found in possession of heroin and the sedative Quaalude in 2006. <\/p>\n
