Well actually it is every day that we do see them particularly because Motorola plans to launch anywhere from 20 to 30 new Android handsets this year. One of them could be the Motorola prototype handset in the picture here which was spotted in Brazil of all places.As you can see the device is clearly marked as an Engineering prototype  Not for Sale phone.  But its a fully working device.
