He reflects on how the use of this term resembles another that negatively reflects people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Skotko appeared Thursday night on <a href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/WNT\/video\/word--9741742\"><em>ABC World News<\/em><\/a> to discuss the use of the &#8220;R&#8221;
