{"id":281621,"date":"2010-02-05T09:45:17","date_gmt":"2010-02-05T14:45:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chicagopressrelease.com\/?p=16332"},"modified":"2010-02-05T09:45:17","modified_gmt":"2010-02-05T14:45:17","slug":"police-car-crashes-with-lexus-in-north-suburb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/281621","title":{"rendered":"Police car crashes with Lexus in north suburb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WILMETTE, Ill. &#8212; Lake Avenue at Hunter Road in north suburban Wilmette remained close to traffic Thursday morning following a crash between a police squad car and a Lexus sports utility vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Police authorities expected the intersection to be closed until about 12:30 p.m. as they complete their investigation of the accident, which happened at 9:21 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The Wilmette police officer who was driving the patrol car east on Lake was transported to a local hospital, Sgt.
