In the last year of the Bush administration, the monthly job loss numbers built steadily to a peak which then began to reverse itself during Obama’s first year.<\/p>\n

It’s a perfect mirror image, as this chart from Nancy Pelosi’s office demonstrates.<\/p>\n

Now, whether this was the result of Obama’s and Bush’s policies… or whether it’s just a matter of timing, is obviously open for debate.<\/p>\n
