WEEKEND GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

On Saturday morning, the President will deliver remarks at the DNC Winter Meeting at the Capitol Hilton. The President’s remarks are pooled press.<\/p>\n
On Sunday, the President and the First Lady will host a Super Bowl party at the White House. Attendees will include Members of Congress, Cabinet members, as well as service members who were injured in Iraq or Afghanistan and their families. This event is closed press. A list of expected attendees is below.<\/p>\n

On Monday, the President will attend meetings at the White House.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday, the President will meet with bipartisan leaders of the House and Senate at the White House to discuss working together on the economy and jobs. <\/p>\n
On Wednesday, the President and First Lady will host “In Performance at the White House: A Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement” – a concert celebrating Black History month. The concert will feature songs from the Civil Rights Movement as well as readings from famous Civil Rights speeches and writings. The concert will be streamed live on www.WhiteHouse.gov and the President’s opening remarks will be pooled press.<\/p>\n
On Thursday and Friday, the President will attend meetings at the White House.<\/p>\n
