Today I have a guest post up with great friend Stacey Shipman<\/a>.  Stacey writes about a mix of health and wellness topics, and really touches upon those things that can personally lead to our own improved well-being, all with a very holistic approach.  <\/p>\n

Over the last nearly two years, Stacey<\/a> and I have worked together several times.  What I have come to see in that time, is someone who is deeply connected to really living a life filled with moments that matter.  That has been so refreshing to witness. <\/p>\n

One common connection Stacey and I have is in running.  Today, I touch upon that, and how that relates to the dreams that we all have, floating around in our head.  Please join me, as I talk about Are You Running From Your Dreams?<\/a><\/p>\n
