It was launched in August 2008.<span id=\"more-6151\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The investors were from the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia<\/p>\n<p>Joint Founder Partner of the fund Tim Mockett said,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We have already seen real asset management wins and are continually reducing the carbon footprint in our portfolio, leading to significant cost reductions for our tenants &#8211; a working example of how global environmental issues can be addressed with local strategies.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/~r\/GreenEnergyReporter\/~4\/ojyfc99O5YY\" height=\"1\" width=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Climate Change Capital has closed its property fund after raising \u00a369 million, according to the firm.
