While the apartment at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/homedetails\/133-E-64th-St-PHA-New-York-NY-10065\/2136600185_zpid\/\">133 E 64th St, New York, NY, 10065<\/a> still shows a $8.9 million price tag, it was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/blog\/bernie-madoffs-homes-on-the-market\/2009\/09\/10\/\">originally listed at $9.9 million<\/a> last fall.<\/p>\n<p>Of Madoff&#8217;s three real estate holdings that were seized by U.S. Marshalls for resale with proceeds going to victims of Madoff&#8217;s spectacular Ponzi scheme,\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/homedetails\/216-Old-Montauk-Hwy-Montauk-NY-11954\/32658939_zpid\/\">Madoff&#8217;s Montauk beach house <\/a>sold first for $9.4 million.
