Never smoked or quit more than a year ago<\/p>\n<p>2.  A <strong>healthy body<\/strong> mass index (BMI)<\/p>\n<p>3. Physical activity, and the more the better<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Blood pressure<\/strong> below 120\/80.<\/p>\n<p>5. Fasting blood glucose less than 100 milligrams\/deciliter<\/p>\n<p>6. Total <strong>cholesterol<\/strong> of less than 200 milligrams\/deciliter<\/p>\n<p>7.
