Dennis Prager is fuming mad about Frank Rich\u2019s latest column, in which he called conservatives homophobic bigots<\/a>. How unfair of Rich!<\/p>\n

Prager asks indignantly<\/a>,<\/p>\n

Where is this mainstream conservative “explicit anti-gay animus?”<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Funny he should ask, because the lead article today at Townhall<\/a>, where Prager\u2019s article and blog reside, is titled \u201cTexas Gay&M<\/a>\u201d and begins:<\/p>\n

Some time ago, I recommended Texas A&M University as a good place to get an education. Now that it has added a course in the English Department called \u201cGay and Lesbian Literature\u201d I need to reconsider. Generally, when a school dedicates entire courses to homosexuality its days are numbered as a university to be taken seriously.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The article goes on to suggest an alternate course: \u201c\u201cHomosexuality and Other Bad Lifestyle Choices.\u201d<\/p>\n

No animus there!<\/p>\n

And right below Prager\u2019s piece today on Townhall is another titled, \u201cQueer Theories and Theologies<\/a>\u201d by the same author, who writes of gays,<\/p>\n

They do not seek to enjoy marriage. They seek to destroy marriage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Can\u2019t imagine where Frank Rich got the idea that Dennis and his wingnut buddies hate gays.<\/p>\n

Maybe he reads Dennis Prager\u2019s website. Or reads his articles<\/a>. Or watches him on teevee.<\/p>\n
