Yuliya Polzikova, 71, of 1250 W. Morse Ave., was pronounced dead at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston at 2:59 p.m., according to a Cook County Medical Examiner\u2019s office spokesman, who said the incident happened at 1325 W. Morse Ave.<\/p>\n
The woman was struck about 2:15 p.m., according to police News Affairs Officer Daniel O\u2019Brien. <\/span><\/p>\n The driver of a Chevy Silverado \u2014 equipped with a snow plow \u2014 was reversing into a driveway when it struck the woman.<\/p>\n The incident was not a hit-and-run, but it was not immediately clear whether the driver was cited in the crash, O’Brien said.
