font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Late afternoon or in the evening make my gourmet Mexican cocoa with cayenne &amp; cinnamon &amp; you won&#8217;t miss high-cal chocolate bars.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #bf5f00; Trader Joe&#8217;s pumpkin or apple pie seasoning (or a little cinnamon &amp; nutmeg)<br \/>5 1\/2 cups water\u00a0 <br \/>1 cup almond, hazelnut or soy milk <\/p>\n<p>1. Wake up to delicious cooked oatmeal.\u00a0 The smell is amazing!\u00a0 Refrigerate the leftovers for later in the week.\u00a0 Just scoop out a serving from the the fridge &amp; microwave for a couple of minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>A happy oatmeal surprise.<\/strong>\u00a0 My entire life I&#8217;ve never eaten breakfast first thing in the morning.\u00a0 I&#8217;d get up at six, and never eat breakfast until 8:30 or 9.\u00a0 With this oatmeal I&#8217;ve started to eat breakfast first thing in the morning, and to my surprise, I&#8217;m actually less hungry throughout the entire day.\u00a0 It keeps me full and energetic until lunch-time.\u00a0 I can&#8217;t explain that one!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #bf5f00; font-size: 15px;\">Hot-Air Popper Popcorn <br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>About 6 months ago I decided to pick up an <strong>Orville Redenbacher<\/strong> Hot Air Popcorn Popper for $20 at <strong>Bed, Bath, and Beyond<\/strong> with a 20% off coupon.<\/p>\n<p>Frankly, I ditched my original hot air popper in the 70&#8217;s because the popcorn it made was so bland.\u00a0 But, my friend Howie told me about his technique of grinding up salt in a coffee grinder to get a powdery mix that sticks just fine to the popcorn if you spray it a few times with canola or olive oil spray.<\/p>\n<p>Then my husband perfected the whole technique, and he picked up some <strong>Morton Super Fine Popcorn Salt<\/strong>, so we could ditch the &#8220;grinding step&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s the Snack-Maven&#8217;s technique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 Measure 1\/4 or 1\/2 cup of popcorn &amp;
