In order to become solution focused, we must figure out the best solution and make it a goal.<\/span><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><span style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\">When we figure out a solution and create a goal we can replace our incessant worry with solution focused behavior.<\/span><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><span style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\">Here are three easy steps to creating a goal.<\/span><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><span style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\">1.  Decide on a solution to your problem, in other words, figure out a solution to your stress.<\/span><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><span style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\">2.  Write the solution down as a goal.<\/span><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><span style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\">3.  Focus on this goal diligently and effortlessly by replacing your obsession of worry with an obsession for this goal.<\/span><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><br style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\" \/><span style=\"color: #d0e0e3;\">One of the greatest things that we can do for ourselves, when we become overwhelmed and stressed out, is we can focus on our goals. By focusing on our goals we create a habit of solution focus thinking rather than our focus on worry.
