When Channing was 18, he performed for Chippendales-style revue called Male Encounter in Florida.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou had a job as a dancer, is that right?\u201d<\/em> Ellen DeGeneres asked the star on Wednesday\u2019s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was a stripper,\u201d<\/em> Channing admitted to audience applause. \u201cLook, I\u2019m not proud of it, but I\u2019m not ashamed of it,” <\/em> he stated good-naturedly.<\/p>\n

Ellen joked, “I wish I had a dollar. If only I had cash I would have kept you going.”<\/p>\n
