The federal Office of Personnel Management estimates that the storms have so far cost taxpayers $350 million in lost productivity, the <i>Washington Post<\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/voices.washingtonpost.com\/federal-eye\/2010\/02\/federal_government_closed_on_w.html\">reports<\/a>.
