According to court documents, obtained by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.popcrunch.com\/the-biggest-losers-jillian-michaels-sued-over-dietary-supplement\/TMZ.com\">TMZ.com,<\/a> Christie purchased a product called Calorie Control &#8212; which Jillian endorses &#8212; during a trip to her local health &#038; wellness store last month.
