\"\"CHICAGO — Ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s brother Robert is headed for federal court to answer fresh charges he schemed to sell or trade the U.S. Senate seat from Illinois left vacant by President Obama’s election.<\/p>\n

The former governor himself pleaded not guilty Wednesday in a brief hearing before U.S. District Judge James Zagel to the revised federal indictment.<\/p>\n

Now his brother, a Tennessee-based businessman and former Army officer, is due to follow suit. <\/span><\/p>\n

The revised indictment doesn’t include any allegations of misconduct that weren’t in the earlier version. But it adds eight charges based on the same misconduct a grand jury cited in the previous indictment.<\/p>\n
