ABC News \u201cNightline\u201d placed second among Adults 25-54, Adults 18-49, and Total Viewers for the week of February 1, 2010, according to Nielsen Media Research. \u201cNightline\u201d also tied CBS\u2019 \u201cLate Show with David Letterman\u201d<\/span> in the A18-49 rating (1.1).  <\/span>Additionally, \u201cNightline\u201d continues to experience growth. Among Total Viewers, \u201cNightline\u201d posted 4.04 million<\/strong>, increasing +9% <\/strong>compared to the same week last year<\/span> while NBC\u2019s \u201cTonight Show with Conan O\u2019Brien\u201d in comparison decreased -59%. Week to week, \u201cNightline\u201d increased +3%<\/strong> among Total Viewers.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Among Adults 25-54, "Nightline" posted its best delivery in over a year. \u201cNightline\u201d averaged <\/span>1.78<\/span><\/strong> million <\/strong>(1.4 rating)<\/span>, increasing +9%<\/span><\/strong> compared to the same week last year, while <\/span>\u201cThe Tonight Show\u201d declined -43%. Week to week, \u201cNightline\u201d increased +16%<\/strong> among both A25-54 and A18-49.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>\u201cNightline\u201d outperformed \u201cThe Tonight Show\u201d thirty-two of the last thirty-three weeks among Total Viewers. Season to date, \u201cNightline\u201d has outperformed \u201cThe Tonight Show\u201d among A25-54 sixteen times.  <\/span><\/span>\u201cNightline\u201d is solidly in second place season to date among Total Viewers and Adults 25-54.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
