But the service is \u201csuch an efficient way to be able to ship goods that they can take the rates up.\u201d Congress might try to pass legislation to keep this practice is check, Cramer said, but he doubted it would work. <\/p>\n<p class=\"textBodyBlack\"><span id=\"byLine\"><\/span>The Mad Money host praised <b><strong>Norfolk Southern <span id=\"WSODQ_COMPONENT_NSC_ID1EXFAC15839609\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">cnbc_comboQuoteMove('popup_NSC_ID1EXFAC15839609');<\/script><span id=\"span_quote_NSC_ID1EXFAC15839609\" style=\"text-decoration: none;\" onmouseover=\"cnbc_spanTipPopShow('combo_popup_NSC_ID1EXFAC15839609',this,'0','15');\" onmouseout=\"cnbc_spanTipPopTimeHide('combo_popup_NSC_ID1EXFAC15839609',this,'0','15');\"><a style=\"font-family: Arial;
