Located in the Los Feliz<\/a> neighborhood of Los Angeles<\/a>, the Ennis House has its own star power after being the site of movies such as \u201cBlade Runner\u201d and \u201cHouse on Haunted Hill,\u201d as well as TV shows like \u201cBuffy the Vampire Slayer\u201d and \u201cTwin Peaks.” The Ennis House Foundation<\/a> — a non-profit — owns the home, but states on its site:<\/p>\n

After serious consideration, the Ennis House Foundation has decided to place the Ennis House on the market for sale to a private owner. This decision stems primarily from the fact that the house needs more stewardship at this point than a small nonprofit can sustain.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
