Coudoint supply load banks from a few kilowatts to several hundred kilowatts:
\n – five Series of Battery Discharge Tester standard models of various size and power rating, with a manual or electronically controlled load value selection,
\n – for other needs, custom designs or product adaptations based on the experience of the numerous products designed for years for various applications: battery discharge testers, load banks for laboratory and teaching equipment, for the aerospace industry (28 VDC or 400 Hz 3-phase), testers for DC or AC generators : power supplies, UPS, welding power sources, etc. <\/p>\n
The load banks can also be used to generate electrical conditions for testing a specific type of electrical equipment: electromechanical relay, breaker, etc. In that case, they become a production or troubleshooting tester or part of it.<\/p>\n
The use of our own resistive components allows to design lightweight and easily transportable products, thanks to our woven resistors technology. It gives also a guarantee of quality and performance of the resistors, especially concerning their stability with the temperature, depending on the type of alloy used for the resistance wires.<\/p>\n
The internal design and manufacturing of the housings makes it possible to provide the products at the exact required dimensions, from the small hand-transportable case up to very large housings.<\/p>\n
Depending on the need, the load value may be selected:
\n – manually with, if useful, a fine tuning achieved by built-in rheostats,
\n – via an electronic interface allowing to remote control the load bank via a serial link, an industrial bus, etc.
\n – by a built-in electronic controller which will operate a specific regulation (current, power) according to preset values or laws.
