Rescuers attempted to treat the victim, but he died of his injuries. His name was not released, the department said.<br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br>Anyone with information is asked to call investigators at the Compton sheriff&#8217;s station\u00a0 at (310) 605-6500.<br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br>&#8212; Robert J.
