—New music format<\/strong>: Dolby Laboratories<\/a> launched<\/a> a multi-platform digital file format called Pulse, designed for high-quality cloud-based music services. Digital music provider Omnifone is the first customer to encode its 6.5 million tracks with the MPEG-4-based technology.<\/p>\n
