(74 percent); Andover, Mass. (18 percent); Camden, Ark. (5 percent); and Farmington, N.M. (34.4 percent); East Syracuse, N.Y. (8.8 percent); San Diego, Calif. (8.3 percent); Rancho Cordova, Calif.
