Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are underwriting that offering<\/p>\n<p>While some\u00a0companies &#8212; like T-Solar or Solyndra &#8212; are confident equity markets can finance their growth, some renewable energy companies are having second thoughts.<\/p>\n<p>Last week Chinese silicon wafer maker\u00a0JinkoSolar withdrew its IPO plans, citing &#8220;poor market conditions,&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSTRE61A04T20100211\" >reports Reuters<\/a>.
