With billions of people watching, the 22-year-old from Quebec made anything seem possible. But amidst all the pride and joy, a stern warning for the families of wannabe Olympians has been issued the Universit&eacute; de Montreal, where <a  href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/life\/family-and-relationships\/parents-who-push-create-unhealthy-obsession-in-child-athletes-research-finds\/article1468670\/\">research has recently determined that pushy parents can create an unhealthy obession with sports in their chilren<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Professor Genevi&egrave;ve Mageau and her team analyzed around 600 competitive musicians and athletes ranging in age from six to 38 over the past several years. She found that those competitors who were pushed to be the best had an unhealthy attitude to their activity and didn&#8217;t enjoy it. &#8220;They are often so concerned about their performance that they fail to have fun while doing it,&#8221; said Margeau.
