Well, it turns out that exercise might be a good way to combat those nicotine cravings when you&#8217;re trying to quit smoking &#8212; and it&#8217;s also a good way to avoid those dreaded extra pounds that a lot of new non-smokers pile on, as they regain a healthy appetite and use food as a substitute for cigarettes.
