I cannot not go in that store and not eat something, and yeah, 8 out of 10 times, I end up buying whatever they cook up.<\/p>\n<p>The other day, I grab this par-baked vegan ciabatta mini loaf. I like that it is small so I can&#8217;t bread overload which I can easily do with bigger loaves, and I can pop this ciabatta in the oven and create the illusion I have baked bread. Doesn&#8217;t hurt to pretend once and awhile lol! So guess what I&#8217;m adding to my cookbook collection.
