They&#8217;ve got Taliban sources saying this:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>According to the Taliban sources, at the time of his capture Mullah Salam was preparing to travel to meet Mullah Baradar. Some sources suggested that the arrests of the two insurgent leaders might be linked, though this could not be confirmed in Washington.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span id=\"more-76850\"><\/span>Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times <a href=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/news\/nation-and-world\/la-fg-taliban-arrest17-2010feb17,0,6957257,full.story\">reports<\/a> that the Baradar arrest came after U.S. intelligence successfully tracked Baradar&#8217;s communications.
