Since then, Sheen was arrested for domestic violence charges during a Christmas Day incident in Aspen and their home took a price cut. The Sheens wanted to sell because they felt the 4,179 sq ft property, with four bedrooms and 4 1\/2 bathrooms was not big enough for them and their five kids.
