The <a href=\"http:\/\/green.autoblog.com\/2010\/01\/27\/proposals-would-give-u-s-postal-service-billions-to-electrify-f\/\">United States Postal Service<\/a> (USPS) wants to electrify its fleet and Zap motors might just to do the trick.
