The causes of these cravings can vary widely but among them are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=hormonal%20imbalances\">hormonal imbalances<\/a>, especially low <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=blood%20sugar\">blood sugar<\/a> (hypoglycemia) or low serotonin levels, as well as poor eating habits or unbalanced nutrition. Here are a few of my standby tips to help keep you on your diet plan while satisfying your urge to splurge.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong>To curb your cravings:<br \/> <\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Go for frozen fruit (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=berries\">berries<\/a> only).<\/strong> Have a &amp;frac14; cup of these.
