Stuart Shaver puts the estimated value of the 4,400 pounds of marijuana found Monday in the back of a semi on Interstate 57 near Tuscola at $19.9 million. <span id=\"more-20041\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\nTuscola is about 30 miles south of Champaign.<\/p>\n<p>\nShaver says the marijuana was found tucked into boxes labeled cabbage.<\/p>\n<p>\nDouglas County State&#8217;s Attorney Kevin Nolan says the three Livingston, Calif., men who were in the truck haven&#8217;t been charged.
