Robotics and communications startup North End Technologies<\/a> has raised $2.5 million in new funding and converted $1.8 million in preexisting debt to equity, said company CEO Brad Kayton. The new funding came from previous investors Waltham, MA-based Castile Ventures, company executives, and angel investors, and will be used to take the stealthy Nashua, NH-based company’s product to market, Kayton said. An SEC filing<\/a> posted today indicates that North End has sold $3.3 million in the offering, but Kayton said that between the new funding and the debt conversion the company has actually reached the total round amount of $4.3 million.<\/p>\n
