You can read the report <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uic.edu\/depts\/pols\/ChicagoPolitics\/Anti-corruptionReportNumber3.pdf\">here<\/a>.<br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br>\u201cThis is Cook County\u2019s corruption catalog,\u201d said Andy Shaw, the BGA\u2019s executive director and a former TV political reporter. \u201cThis is a perfect storm moment for reform in Illinois.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/br>The groups recommendations include limiting individual campaign contributions to county candidates to $1,500 per election.<br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br>In her recent victory for the Democratic Cook County Board president nomination, Ald.
