While Verizon&#8217;s promo video implies that it&#8217;s a makeshift solution&mdash;&#8221;if you can&#8217;t find your remote&#8221;&mdash;from the looks of the button interface, it&#8217;s a <em>complete<\/em> replacement, if you want it to be. Check the App Market or Windows Marketplace on either device to find the app, which is available now; more handsets are coming down the pike, but Verizon won&#8217;t say which ones.
