EROWA&#8217;s centering vise 148 P\/i is a precise and flexible interface between workpieces and the machine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; To safely absorb the changing forces exercised by chip-cutting and to ensure that stability remains as high as possible, the pallet and the base body of the centering vise have been made from one single block. The center of the vise can still be adjusted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; The entire body of the centering vise is made of stainless hardened steel.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; The operation of the centering vise is user-friendly and guarantees optimal accessibility during the machining process.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; The wide range of jaws leaves hardly anything to be desired. The jaws  can be positioned at grid distances of 15mm. The entire clamping range is suitable for parts from 5mm to 155mm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; The  repeatability of the workpiece clamping process is \u00b10.01mm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; The spindle is sealed and requires no maintenance. This results in a substantial reduction of maintenance work.
