A Los Angeles real estate developer has filed suit against Paris Hilton’s baseball-sluggin’ BF Doug Reinhardt and MTV for damage Reinhardt allegedly caused to a home he rented will appearing on the MTV docusoap The Hills<\/em>.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Last September, Reinhardt sued landlord Mark Rooke after the property owner refused to repay a $21,000 security deposit. Reinhardt demanded the full sum of the deposit back, minus the amount he agreed to pay in repairs.<\/p>\n Rooke isn’t giving up that easily. The landlord claims Reinhardt and MTV caused “substantial physical and other damage”<\/em> to the home with shooting scenes for the show, and he’s holding on to the deposit. Rooke is now countersuing the former sports star.
