Here are some of the highlights:<\/p>\n<p>The first panel will\u00a0look at the overall safety policies of WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority) and has former Metro General Manager John Catoe up first on the witness list.<\/p>\n<p>They will then move on to operational issues and look at the crashworthiness of passenger cars.
