Sufferers of chronic migraines are less likely to have full-time jobs, tend to have lower household incomes and are more depressed than those who suffer from episodic migraines.<\/p>\n

2. Upbeat People Less Likely to Have Heart Disease<\/a><\/h3>\n

Happy people are less likely to develop heart disease than are their less happy counterparts, according to a new Columbia University Medical Center study.<\/p>\n

3. More Kids Have Chronic Illnesses<\/a><\/h3>\n

Half of all kids have had a chronic illness at some point in their lives, and 25 percent of children have a current chronic illness like obesity, asthma or a learning disability, according to a report in the Journal of the American Medical Association.<\/p>\n
