My client, a global medium sized engineering company, is currently looking to expand their team within Wind Turbine Design.<\/p>\n
This company will offer the successful applicant an opportunity to create a flagship design for the company where their entrepreneurialism and extensive experience in wind turbine design will be recognised.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities as Chief Engineer (Structural Design) will be to<\/p>\n
• Work alongside other specialist Chief Engineers, overseeing an experienced team of engineers to translate customer requirements into clear technical analysis and design
\n• Create transparent design recommendations, development recommendations, and innovative ideas\/products
\n• Design of new concept wind turbines<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will know the different phases of development and design and will be skilled in reporting and analysis. Further to this you will have:<\/p>\n
• Have a Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferred)
\n• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience designing Wind Turbines or complex mechanical systems utilizing gears and bearings
\n• You are a specialist in structural design and able to work with CAD systems as Solid Works, Unigraphics, etc<\/p>\n
