According to the Wikipedia entry of <a title=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Adams_(TV_miniseries)\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Adams_(TV_miniseries)\" >John Adams<\/a>,\u00a0the show, as of 2009,\u00a0has won more\u00a0<a title=\"60th Primetime Emmy Awards\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/60th_Primetime_Emmy_Awards\">Emmy awards<\/a>, thirteen, than any other miniseries, and four\u00a0<a title=\"66th Golden Globe Awards\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/66th_Golden_Globe_Awards\">Golden Globe awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Since\u00a0<a title=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Adams_(TV_miniseries)\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Adams_(TV_miniseries)\" >John Adams<\/a> the TV miniseries was based on <a title=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Adams_(book)\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Adams_(book)\" >John Adams the biography<\/a> by historian <a title=\"David McCullough\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/David_McCullough\">David McCullough<\/a>, I expect the show gets all of the historical details right. And the producers managed to make it an interesting show to watch.
