Lakshmi, 39,  delivered a healthy baby girl named Krishna in a New York City hospital on Saturday, a rep for the <em>Top Chef<\/em> host tells Us Magazine.com. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.popcrunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/INFphoto_1109486-499x859.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Padma Lakshmi\" width=\"499\" height=\"859\" class=\"alignright size-large wp-image-91224\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Model, author and Emmy-nominated host of Top Chef Padma Lakshmi gave birth to a baby girl named Krishna Thea Lakshmi on Saturday. Mother and baby are well and happy.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Although Padma has never publicly identified the child&#8217;s father, last month, rumors swirled that Krishna&#8217;s dad is NYC university professor Adam Dell.
