Really?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Due for a formal unveiling at the New York Auto Show, Kia has released a few design sketches for their 2011 Optima.  The Optima is Kia\u2019s flagship sedan, and there are significant changes expected for the new model, including a longer wheelbase, wider track and lower stance.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-38114\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_38116\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 510px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ridelust.com\/2011-kia-optima-teaser-sketches\/2011-kia-optima-teaser_100306825_l\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-38116\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ridelust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011-kia-optima-teaser_100306825_l-500x300.jpg\" alt=\"2011 Kia Optima\" title=\"2011-kia-optima-teaser_100306825_l\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" class=\"size-large wp-image-38116\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Love it or hate it, it&#8217;s no longer vanilla.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>I hope the new Optima looks this good in the flesh, but \u201csneak previews\u201d in the auto industry usually turn out to be misleading.
