But I&#8217;m confused as to what &#8220;warrentless wiretaps,&#8221; &#8220;all power to the prez,&#8221; and &#8220;suspend habeas corpus&#8221; placards are doing on there. Both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/york\/york200310201247.asp\">Norquist<\/a> and, later, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aclu.org\/national-security\/conservative-voices-against-usa-patriot-act\">Armey<\/a>, were among the few powerful, vocal critics of the Bush administration&#8217;s abuse of the Constitution.
