\n\tRantoul police are seeking the public\u2019s help with information in the armed robbery of a Rantoul business Saturday.<\/p>\n

\n\tA woman wearing a coat with the hood up and a ski mask walked into Rantoul IGA, 1201 E. Grove Ave., at 12:08 p.m., displayed a handgun at the lottery ticket counter and demanded money from a store employee.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe robber received an undisclosed amount of currency and left.<\/p>\n

\n\tPolice said the woman entered the passenger side of a vehicle parked near the west doors of the store. The vehicle then headed west.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe woman is described as being white with a thin build and standing between 5 feet 1 inch and 5 feet 6 inches tall. <\/span>She has a large mole or skin mark above her top lip and speaks with a \u201crough\u201d voice.<\/p>\n

\n\tShe wore a black coat with a fur-trimmed hood, ski mask and white jeans.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Monday, Sgt. Marcus Beach said police continue to search for those involved in the robbery.
\n\tPolice are asking anyone with information to contact Beach at 217-893-0991 or Champaign County Crime Stoppers at 217-373-8477.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe\u2019re looking for someone who might have seen something inside the store or outside the store,\u201d Beach said.
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
