Order a pair of size nine shoes and get a pair of size 12 clod-hoppers. <\/p>\n<p>But now, we shop online for everything from books to sporting goods to clothing to organic food and a recent study <\/p>\n<div style=\"float: right; margin-left: 10px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">tweetmeme_url = 'http:\/\/www.readwriteweb.com\/archives\/amazoncom_most_trusted_brand.php';tweetmeme_source = 'rww';<\/script><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/tweetmeme.com\/i\/scripts\/button.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>says there&#8217;s one brand we trust the most for our online shopping addiction &#8211; Amazon.com. <\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><em>Sponsor<\/em><br \/><a href='http:\/\/d.ads.readwriteweb.com\/ck.php?n=18381&amp;cb=18381' ><img src='http:\/\/d.ads.readwriteweb.com\/avw.php?zoneid=14&amp;cb=18381&amp;n=18381' border='0' alt='' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to a study released today by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.millwardbrown.com\/\">Millward Brown<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\">Amazon.com<\/a> is the top performing brand in the U.S. based on &#8220;trust&#8221; and &#8220;recommendation&#8221;. The study uses a &#8220;TrustR&#8221; standard to judge different companies, which it arrives at by asking consumers two questions &#8211; &#8220;how trustworthy is this brand?&#8221; and &#8220;would you recommend this brand?&#8221;. The average score is 100, with over 105 considered &#8220;good&#8221;. Amazon.com&#8217;s score was 123.
