Mr. Clinton notes that many orphanages were badly damaged and that the Haitian government should reinstate provisions for foreigners to adopt orphans. President Clinton says that his biggest concern about Haiti right now is the sanitation, saying the country is in danger of facing widespread disease if sanitation is not improved. President Clinton says he will make a return trip to Haiti soon. Mr. Clinton, along with President George W. Bush was named by President Barack Obama to lead America\u2019s fundraising effort to help the country rebuild after January\u2019s devastating earthquake.
