Stanley St. did not show any signs of trauma or determine a cause of death, Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe believe cause of death may be revealed in toxicology testing,\u201d Ingersoll said of results that will take 1 to 2 weeks to process.<\/p>\n<p>Ingersoll said additional testing also will be done to determine if any underlying illness could have led to Mosley\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>Mosley was found lying in the street near his house by a group of teens about 1:45 a.m. <span id=\"more-20967\"><\/span>Sunday.
